Mr. Michael Davy

Chairman

Michael is an Australian Accountant with over 15 years’ experience across a range of industries. Michael is currently a director and owner of numerous successful private businesses. During the past five years Michael has held directorships in several ASX listed companies and is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Raiden Resources Limited (ASX: RDN), Non-Executive Director of Arcadia Minerals Limited (ASX: AM7) and a Non-Executive Director of Vanadium Resources Limited (ASX:VR8).

Scott Jackson

Non-Executive Director

Scott Jackson is a highly experienced mining industry leader with over 30 years in the sector. Scott recently completed 11 years with Anglo American, in which time he held four different Vice President (VP) level roles. Initially as VP for Mineral Resources and Reserves, Scott led Anglo American's resource estimation, reserve development and public reporting of Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves. This included the public reporting of up to 60 assets in a given year, as well as the transformation of Anglo American's resource estimation through early adoption of scripted environments and machine learning to materially impact timelines and decision making. As Head of Advanced Projects, Scott led several resource development drilling projects including one on the Platreef in South Africa which peaked at 38 drill rigs and safe delivery of 180km of diamond drill core per annum. As Head of Mining Geoscience, Scott was responsible for leading a central team to drive excellence in mining geoscience ensuring value based decisions were made to define ore vs waste and help operations meet guidance. Aside from technical achievements, importantly, Scott was responsible for continued growth and mentoring of a strong team of geoscientists, helping them become great leaders in their chosen field.

Jeremy King

Non-Executive Director

Jeremy is currently Chief Executive Officer & Director of Burgundy Diamond Mines. Mr. King also serves on the boards of four additional companies listed on the Australia Stock Exchange (ASX) and regularly advises ASX listed companies on a range of corporate matters. Mr. King has over 25 years experience in domestic and international legal, finance and corporate matters, including cross-border private equity investments, leveraged buy-out acquisitions, and acting for banks, financial institutions and corporate issuers in respect of debt and equity capital raisings. Mr. King is the founding director of a boutique advisory service in Perth, Australia that supports companies with corporate transactions and compliance issues associated with ASX-listed companies.

Bruce McCracken

Non-Executive Director

Bruce is an experienced business executive having spent over 30 years working across a broad range of industries based in Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney. In recent years Mr McCracken has served as Managing Director and in Board Director roles for ASX listed mineral resources companies. Mr McCracken has also previously worked as an Investment Banker in specialist corporate advisory and project finance roles and has practiced as a Banking and Finance Solicitor. Mr McCracken holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Western Australia, an MBA from Melbourne Business School and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Craig Hall

Chief Operating Officer - California

Mr Hall is an experienced geologist with over 35 years of minerals industry experience in exploration, development and mine production roles in a range of commodities, principally precious and base metals. He has held a variety of senior positions with mid-tier and junior sector resource companies within Australia and overseas. He has more recently consulted to the minerals industry providing high quality exploration outcomes, on-site mining support, expert reporting, project valuations and strategic advice to companies. Mr Hall is currently a Non-Executive Director of Auris Minerals Ltd (ASX: AUR).

Mr. Jean Kaisin

Chief Operating Officer – Senegal

Mr Kaisin is a geologist, based in Senegal, with more than 23 years’ experience operating in West Africa. He has been involved in mineral exploration from greenfield work through to completion of feasibility studies. He holds a Master of Sciences – Group of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences from the University of Louvain, Belgium. He has also completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Program at the Said Business School, Oxford University.
