Lincoln Comet
Project California

The Right Asset at the Right Time

Haranga Resources is proud to unveil the Lincoln Comet Project—an exceptional opportunity anchored in 100% ownership of a high-grade (+9g/t Au) gold deposit within the prolific Mother Lode Belt of California. With over A$90 million in sunk capital, fully permitted status (including a perpetual Conditional Use Permit), and established infrastructure in place, Lincoln is positioned for near-term development. Backed by extensive historical data—over 34,000 metres drilled across 336 holes—and a clear pathway to a +1Moz gold resource, we are fast-tracking JORC compliance and executing a mine plan to capitalise on a strong gold price environment in a proven, mining-friendly jurisdiction.

ESTABLISHED MINING COUNTY

Amador County sits within the renowned Mother Lode Belt, where the Jackson-Plymouth segment alone has produced an impressive 8.4 million ounces of gold. The Lincoln Comet Project benefits from a perpetual Conditional Use Permit (CUP)—a critical requirement for mining and processing in the region—significantly de-risking development by securing long-term regulatory approval. With multiple active CUPs currently in place across the county, Amador stands out as a supportive and mining-friendly jurisdiction. The Lincoln mine’s CUP is expected to streamline permitting and fast-track the project’s development timeline.

INFRASTRUCTURE: A$90M SUNK CAPITAL

The Lincoln Comet Project is underpinned by significant existing infrastructure, with over A$90 million in sunk capital already invested. Key assets include a fully permitted 315ktpa processing plant—approved under the project’s Conditional Use Permit (CUP)—designed to support sustained mining operations. The site also features 1,780 metres of underground decline and level development, along with a well-established processing facility, offices, and workshop. This robust infrastructure base positions Lincoln for an accelerated pathway to production with reduced upfront capital requirements.

DISTRICT SCALE EXPLORATION POTENTIAL

Lincoln, Comet, and Medean (yellow zones) were blind discoveries made through soil anomaly detection. The application of modern exploration technology across Seduli’s mineral rights at Mother Lode, and throughout the broader district, presents significant potential for further discoveries.

Jackson-Plymouth section of the Mother Lode has produced 8.4Moz.

TARGETING +1MOZ & CONVERSION TO JORC

The blue and green zones below represent areas associated with the current non-JORC compliant resources. Haranga intends to convert these into JORC-compliant resources through targeted drilling. Extensional drilling along strike and at depth is also planned to expand the JORC resource base.

THE GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY

The Lincoln Comet Project represents a rare near-term production opportunity in California’s Tier-1 Mother Lode Belt. With a rich history of high-grade gold mining, existing infrastructure, and a fully permitted 315ktpa processing plant on site, Lincoln is primed for a rapid restart. Backed by a current Conditional Use Permit, the project benefits from reduced permitting risk and minimal upfront capital expenditure. Extensive historical drilling and high-grade intercepts across multiple zones underscore strong potential for resource growth. Haranga’s immediate focus is on converting non-JORC resources through confirmation drilling, while advancing development using established infrastructure. With multiple catalysts ahead—including JORC conversion, drilling, lease expansion, and development updates—Lincoln is positioned to deliver significant near-term value.
